About role


As a Client Experience Manager, you will be responsible for managing client engagement, improving service quality and ensuring seamless communication across all customer touchpoints. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding experiences and long-term client satisfaction.


Responsibilities


  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholders

  • Ensure timely resolution of client concerns and service issues.

  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvement initiatives.

  • Coordinate with operations, sales and project teams to deliver consistent service quality.

  • Develop client retention strategies and relationship management frameworks.

  • Track service performance metrics and prepare client experience reports.

  • Ability to handle complex client situations with professionalism and empathy.

  • Organized, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
