About role

As a Finance Analyst at Hillmark, you will be responsible for managing financial operations, budgeting, forecasting and financial controls across multiple business verticals. You will work closely with leadership to drive financial discipline, transparency and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.

• Oversee financial reporting, reconciliations and month-end closures.

• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor cash flows, expenses and cost optimization initiatives.

• Coordinate audits and manage financial documentation.

• Provide financial insights to support business strategy and decision-making.

• Maintain strong internal controls and financial governance frameworks.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience as a Finance Analyst or in a senior finance role.

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation and financial compliance.

• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel.

• Excellent analytical, organizational and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage multi-business financial operations with accuracy and integrity.
