We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead Retail operations, enhance customer engagement, optimize inventory performance, and drive revenue growth while upholding the highest standards of brand representation.

Responsibilities

Operational Command

  • Lead day-to-day retail operations with military-grade discipline and precision.

  • Ensure flawless execution of store processes, compliance standards, merchandising plans, and operational controls.

  • Maintain optimum inventory levels while minimizing stock loss, shrinkage, and operational inefficiencies.

Customer Experience Excellence

  • Create a world-class customer experience that drives loyalty, retention, and brand advocacy.

  • Resolve customer escalations with urgency, professionalism, and decisive action.

  • Continuously elevate service standards across all customer touchpoints.

Team Leadership & Talent Development

  • Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain high-performing retail professionals.

  • Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and performance excellence.

  • Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning initiatives.

Inventory & Commercial Management

  • Maintain absolute control over inventory accuracy, stock movement, replenishment cycles, and loss prevention.

  • Drive strategic merchandising initiatives to maximize sales conversion and customer engagement.

  • Monitor key performance indicators and take corrective actions to ensure commercial objectives are achieved.

Risk, Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, operational guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

  • Lead audits, compliance reviews, and risk mitigation initiatives with zero-compromise standards.

  • Safeguard company assets through robust operational controls and governance practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with retail ERP systems, inventory management platforms, and business analytics tools.
